Roles & responsibilities: 
Key responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Supervisor: 
-Aids in the seamless operation of the food and beverage division, which provides the best possible guest dining and beverage experience in every way.
-Takes proactive measures to improve visitor comfort and happiness by promptly and amiably answering questions from guests.
-Delivers on plans and objectives that result in the achievement of hotels aims along with food and beverage activities.
-Oversees the food and drinks staff and cultivates an environment in the department that values performance, advancement, and growth.
-In charge of ensuring that efficiency objectives are fulfilled and that costs and inventory remains underneath budget.
-Cultivates and maintains positive working connections with all important stakeholders.
-Takes the initiative to oversee departmental programs that improve profitability, savings, and quality of service.
-Makes sure that all legal obligations for proper diligence are met, plus that the greatest practicing actions are focused, carried out, and recorded for internal and external audits. Follows up as needed.
Requirements of the Food & Beverage Supervisor: 
-Work experience serving food and beverages.
-Excellent hands-on approach, lead-by-example work style, and management and supervising talents.
-A strong commitment to offering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hotel industry.
-The ability to provide innovative ideas and have a history of problem-solving and aid when required.
- Integrity as a person along with the ability to function in an environment that demands commitment, hard work, and excellence.
- Proficiency in utilizing various IT systems.
- Excellent communication abilities.
